Economic survey 2007-08 has outlined various Policy options which if translated into actual policy can help sustain the 9 per cent rate of economic expansion. However it looks unlikely as government leftist allies will never allow recommended steps for liberalization and reforms. |

The Economic Survey has clearly spelt out an action agenda for reforms in the current global and domestic economic environment. Lets hope government will implement these initiatives in right the right earnest. |
